We’re working remotely in Ontario and Quebec; offering limited in-person appointments in B.C.

Updated June 1, 2021

As the COVID-19 situation fluctuates across the country, the health and safety of our employees, clients and employers is our top priority. Most of our staff are still working remotely and offering services virtually or over the phone.

Our Employment Services program is monitoring and abiding by provincial guidelines and providing services to clients as directed.

In Ontario and Quebec, due to current public health orders, all services are being offered virtually or by phone.

In British Columbia, we have gradually returned to providing some services in-person at locations where public health lockdowns are not in place. This is a carefully planned and monitored process, with a focus on health and safety.

Many of our services in B.C. remain virtual. In-person services are only delivered when required, and after careful consideration. Offices remain closed – except for scheduled appointments – and clients are informed in advance of the precautions and procedures they need to follow.

March of Dimes Canada will continue to follow public health recommendations. If we are advised that it is no longer safe to offer in-person services in a particular community, we will discontinue them until the local situation improves.

We are still available to support you remotely so you can continue to move forward with your goals during the pandemic.

If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact us at 1-833-612-6632. We sincerely appreciate your understanding as this situation evolves.
