MODC Employment Services exists solely to ensure that people with disabilities find and keep meaningful jobs. We are Canada’s leader in matching people who have disabilities with employers seeking qualified job candidates. We have created this website to make it easier for you – our clients and employer/agency partners – to find everything you need to know.

Take a look through the website. Watch the videos that tell the personal stories of clients and employers – there is no better way to gain an understanding. Check out our Resources page that we are building to include information addressing the issues that challenge people with disabilities, as well as links to other sources of reliable information.
